1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of SAPLING, operated by SAPLING Co.

2. The service

SAPLING plants and tracks trees. A pledge is a request to plant one tree; we plant within 30 days where conditions allow.

3. Tree survival

We guarantee replanting for any tree that fails within its first three years, subject to conditions outside our control.
